The insole structure features a top layer with shock absorption, made of closed-cell material with a durometer of shore A 25º ±5º. The bottom layer holds its shape and is also closed-cell, with a durometer of shore A 40º ±5º. This combination provides easy pain relief for all-day comfort.

The cushioning is provided by EVA closed-cell therapeutic insoles that are ready-to-wear. They are ultra-lightweight and heat-moldable, allowing them to mold to the user's foot as they are worn. The inserts are SADMERC approved multi-durometer orthoses, specifically designed for diabetic foot care.

The insoles can be molded in two ways. The self-mold option simply requires wearing them in shoes for 3 days. The heat-mold option involves placing the insoles in a conventional oven (200°F) or convection oven (175°F) for 3 minutes, then immediately placing them into the footwear without the original insoles and standing up straight for 2 minutes.

For easy care, the insoles can be wiped down with a damp cloth when not in use. They are reusable, providing pads for pain relief to maintain comfort and all-day support.
