Most people require one to two weeks to fully adapt to new orthotic insoles, which effectively correct the body's posture and alignment. We recommend a gradual transition period for first-time users or those returning to orthotic insoles after a hiatus. Start by wearing the insoles for just one hour on the first day, and then incrementally increase the wearing time by one hour each day. If you can comfortably wear the insoles for a total of five hours within five days, you may transition to full-time use. Individual experiences may vary, and some individuals may need to start with shorter wear times and gradually extend them.
